By using Blinds Pakistan (luxeblinds.pk) and related pages operated by Akber & Sons, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order.

Our services

We supply and install window blinds, and sell bamboo products and wall wall papers / vinyl through our studio and online enquiries. Website quotes and estimators are indicative only. Final price is confirmed after measurement, material selection, and our written / WhatsApp confirmation.

Orders & payment

• Orders are accepted when we confirm them with you.
• Advances, balances, and payment methods are agreed at the time of booking.
• Product availability and lead times may vary; we will communicate expected timelines as clearly as possible.

Measurements & installation

For made-to-measure blinds and custom wall papers, accurate sizes matter. If we measure on site, we take responsibility for those measurements. If you provide sizes yourself, you are responsible for their accuracy.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and imagery belong to Akber & Sons or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limitation of liability

We aim to provide accurate information, but website content may change without notice. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. Product warranties, if any, are stated at the time of sale.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be addressed in good faith; failing that, courts in Lahore shall have jurisdiction.
